Developing a Reusable Aerosol Can for Cenco Inc.

Project Overview

Cenco Inc. approached ProtoProof with an initial idea to develop a commercial, reusable aerosol container system. We guided the project from concept phase to physical production.

Engineering & Development

We conducted financial budget modeling and feasibility analysis before moving into CAD modeling, mechanical drawing, and physical prototyping. Our team closely communicated with Cenco through every iteration, optimizing the component geometry for durability, pressure performance, and final manufacturing tooling.
